Yoshi's Story... Oh Wow where to begin!!! Yoshi's story is the first of its kind. The game is 2.5D, by that I mean you can go side to side but not to and fro. Everything is basically 3-D Yoshi himself, enemies, and other things. The point of the game is to go into a level and collect 30 fruit. In the level there is probably like 50 and out of that you have to find 30. The plot of the game is to defeat Bowser Jr. because he stole the Yoshi's super Happy tree from them. You start out with six different colored Yoshis and along the way you can recruit two more, a black and a white Yoshi. Before you go in the level you choose which Yoshi you want to play as. If you die as that Yoshi he will be escorted to Bowsers Castle by shy guys, and you must choose a new Yoshi and start from your last check point. When you first play you are in World 1 and you might see 3 stages, you choose one and play it. After you beat it it fives a little speech on how they killed the creature and helped the person in there and the Yoshis grew happier and the next page turns. Now after playing one level you are at World 2. You keep on going until you get to the final world which is world 8. So in the game you can play only a total of 8 levels per game. Once you beat the last level and defeat Bowser Jr. and take the Super Happy Tree back from him. as the credits go, you see all the levels you chose to do in the game, all 8 you chose, and It makes a story of what you have done. Putting it all together in like a book. Hence the name Yoshi's Story! You can then play the game again and play the levels you didn't before, and create a new story. This game was my first ever Yoshi game I have ever played and It really encourages me to buy another, but there isn't one that is just about him. all he has other than that is Yoshi's Island and others with Mario and everyone.
